Data stored by the app

In Sikalias Pharmacy choose More → Delete local data. This removes the list, saved choices, cached public updates, the diagnostics address and key, and cancels the reminder. Use this before uninstalling because Keychain information may persist.

Delete original photographs, reports exported to Files, backups and shared copies separately.

Bonus Card or online-shop accounts

Clearing local app data does not delete an account with another service. Bonus Card access is handled by the pharmacy and online purchases by the separate shop. For access, correction or account-deletion requests, contact the pharmacy and identify the service concerned.

Send a request by email. Do not send passwords, diagnostics keys or payment details. We may need to verify your identity through an already registered contact method. We will explain the result and any transaction information that must be retained.
