App support

Need help with Sikalias Pharmacy? Include the app version, device model, operating system and steps that caused the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, prescriptions or unnecessary health information.

Your list

Add an item, change its quantity, edit its name or mark it as completed. The list stays on your device and is not an order. Use it for everyday care products, not medical records or dosages.

Reminders

Reminders are local and need notification permission. Check device settings, silent modes and battery restrictions. They are not medication reminders.

Label check

You can type ingredients, use the system photo picker or allow the camera when taking a photograph. Greek and English text recognition and comparison with the ingredient policy happen on your device. Results provide information and do not replace medical advice or an individual allergy assessment.

Bonus Card and shopping

Bonus Card and online shopping open separate web services. Their credentials and payment details are not stored in the app. See data management for local data and external-account requests.

Diagnostics

More → Diagnostics / Debug can export a report of predefined technical results. You choose whether to save or share it. Do not send connection keys. Public content may be cached; check its displayed update time.

Local data deletion

Use More → Delete local data to remove saved preferences, cached public information and the diagnostics address and key, and cancel the reminder. Exported files, photo originals and backups are managed separately.

The app does not provide diagnosis or emergency services.
