From enquiry to responsible supply
01 · Initial contact
Tell us the type of enquiry. We agree a suitable channel for the prescription and any necessary information.
02 · Pharmaceutical assessment
We consider documentation, dosage form, ingredients and feasibility, seeking clarification from the treating clinician where necessary.
03 · Confirmation
Before proceeding, we confirm the scope, timing and cost. An initial enquiry does not mean an order has been accepted.
04 · Preparation & information
Supply includes the labelling and use and storage instructions applicable to the specific preparation.

Each formulation and dosage form is assessed individually. Listing a dosage form does not mean that every ingredient or combination can be prepared.

Can I request a preparation on this website?
You can prepare an initial message. Assessment and confirmation are handled by the pharmacy. Do not enter prescriptions or health information in the form.
Can you work with my pharmacy?
We collaborate with pharmacies across Attica. Your pharmacist can contact our laboratory at lab@sikalias.gr.
Can it be delivered within two hours?
Compounded preparations have assessment and preparation times that must be confirmed separately. Local delivery availability is not a promise of preparation time.
