Feasibility, cost and timing are confirmed by the laboratory before proceeding.

We agree delivery arrangements and the information required by the partner pharmacy.
A shared scientific reference
The Greek Formulary Sikalias at compounding.gr supports the study of compounded preparations. It is a scientific work edited by Stasinos Chr. Sikalias; using a reference does not replace assessment of each preparation.
Tools for your pharmacy laboratory
The Formulary supports review and documentation. Contact the Sikalias Pharmacy laboratory at lab@sikalias.gr. Every preparation request is assessed by the responsible pharmacist.
Formula scaling
Arithmetic scaling where the source batch basis is explicit. It preserves q.s. and does not convert mass to volume, set patient doses or establish beyond-use dates.

Quality systemEvidence decisions
Of 19 special cases, 5 have a reconciled basis and 4 are restricted to fresh intermediates within the same operation. The remaining 10 require actual supplier or laboratory evidence.
