What this website does
The page has no account, payments, advertising trackers or embedded map. The list stores only selected category identifiers and optional quantities in browser session storage (sessionStorage), so you can navigate between pages or languages. Contact information, prescriptions and free text are not stored in the list. Use “Clear list” to remove it. Browser session restoration may restore the list; clear it when finished on a shared device.
Messages & contact details
The form creates a draft locally and does not submit it to a server. A message is transmitted to the pharmacy through the relevant email providers only when you send it from your email application. Copying or downloading saves the text to your clipboard or device. Do not enter health data or patient information. Emails you choose to send are used to manage and answer the enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps before a service or transaction. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
